On the evening of May 25th, the serene Front Lawn of Dehradun Hills Academy came alive with the sounds of music, laughter, and applause. Students, teachers, and parents gathered for our annual Musical Night and Awards Ceremony, marking a joyous conclusion to the academic year before the summer break.

A Harmonious Beginning
The event commenced with a heartfelt welcome from our tiny angels, Amaar Mohd and Anshika of Class 2, whose cuteness factor was off the charts! The school choir then set a harmonious tone for the evening with beautiful renditions of "Vandhanake Inn Swaron Mein" and "Lab Pe Aati Hai Dua", filling the air with school spirit and leaving the audience in a reflective mood.
Laughter and Life at DDHA
The highlight of the evening came when students shared their humorous experiences from boarding life. Lobsang fondly recalled sneaking out during study hours for a quick snack, only to be caught by the warden. Pun Pun charmed the audience with tales of her nightly battle against the lights-out rule, armed with only a tiny torch and a thick novel.
New students Kavish (Class 5) and Aradhya (Class 4) added to the mirth with their hilarious first-boarding-school experiences. They spoke of getting lost, trying new food, making friends, and getting into some trouble. Their lighthearted banter brought waves of laughter, showcasing the warmth and camaraderie of life at DDHA.

Beyond the laughter, Kavish and Aradhya also shared more serious reflections. Kavish spoke about how structured routines transformed him into a more disciplined individual, while Aradhya shared a heartwarming story of learning teamwork and responsibility.
